Brew Agency is looking for a senior-level, Digital Director to bring together cross-functional teams and develop ideas that meet brand goals and enhance clients’ entire digital experience. Through a deep understanding of various industries, our digital director is a driver for implementing new, innovative ways to connect brands to consumers online. Agency experience required.

This leadership role is responsible for connecting the dots between design, content, technical development, customer journey and user experience from the digital marketing plan through to the website and analytics. He or she will be responsible for championing the agency and must be strategic, data-driven, solutions-oriented and driven to deliver results. New methods for digital marketing and new media must be researched regularly and promoted across the agency.   • Provide digital strategies that solve clients’ problems and align business and marketing goals
  • Identify unmet needs, goals, opportunities and challenges for our clients
  • Understand competitive best practices in digital marketing and website development
  • Plan the customer journey, sitemaps, wireframes and content outlines for websites 
  • Research thoroughly and understand our clients’ businesses, industries and competitors 
  • Manage personnel effectively, providing leadership, training and mentorship
  • Bridge the gap between creative, strategy and digital teams by providing support and ideas that push innovations, challenge the quality of work and deliver results
  • Identify opportunities for clients to use digital technologies that help reach their business goals
  • Review monthly analytics and present reporting and recommendations to clients 
  • Encourage the latest techniques for SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and other digital marketing and digital media tactics
  • Be able to justify marketing spend and show ROI 
  • Act as liaison between creative and digital teams providing guidance, feedback and strategy
  • Observe and analyze digital campaign performance and website performance
  • Make suggestions to team to improve and optimize all digital campaigns 
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, technologies and techniques
  • Bring new ideas and digital innovations to the team


  • 8-10+ years of agency experience in digital marketing and digital media
  • 5+ years preferred as digital strategist or 2+ years as digital director or similar role
  • Experienced in managing digital campaigns including SEO, SEM (Google Ads) and social media
  • Has an understanding and respect for clever creative and beautifully designed user experiences
  • Marketing or advertising degree preferred
