    Baton Rouge Telco Federal Credit Union decided to take a new approach to marketing in 2018. With minimal external marketing to date for the 80+-year-old company and a desire to grow new memberships, the timing was right for a brand awareness campaign.

    After meeting with Baton Rouge Telco FCU, Brew outlined objectives to attract more new members by increasing overall brand awareness in the local market. We proposed to achieve this with an aggressive digital marketing campaign paired with outdoor and radio, and supported by eye-catching creative and a memorable concept. The campaign ran from July 2018 until November 2018 and the results were undeniable:

    In terms of their overall business goals, there was a 28% growth in Direct Memberships year-over-year, and a 32.95% increase in new product openings when the product-specific radio spot was running.

    In terms of website performance goals, BR Telco saw a 20.18% increase in new website users through organic search, and a 23.21% increase in overall website conversions.
