Vintage Realty Company based out of Shreveport, LA was in need of a targeted, strategic marketing campaign for their new Baton Rouge multi-family development, Park Rowe. With minimal marketing to date and a desire to grow brand awareness in the Baton Rouge rental market and overall tenants for Park Rowe, Brew Agency recommended a media mix that would maximize exposure for the brand and effectively reach their target market. Our research showed that producing and placing a brand awareness-centered video through digital media would be the most effective advertising approach for the client.
