Marie Brewer Powell
CEO
Marie inspires creativity and leadership across the agency, working closely with clients to discover the magnetic virtue that moves their brand forward.
With 20 years of branding, design and advertising experience, Marie has led the development of integrated branding and advertising campaigns for local, national and global brands. Because of Marie’s strategic advertising background, the team at Brew Agency is driven 100% by results. She and her team have a no-limits attitude and have received dozens of awards for their creativity from the American Advertising Federation.
Marie spent the first half of her career working on the creative side of advertising, leading branding projects and multi-media campaigns. Knowing her passion was to help clients discover, define and articulate their company vision and brand promise, she spent the second half of her career building her own agency – to do just that.
Now as CEO of Brew Agency, she remains hands-on providing strategic insights to her team and clients. With a highly efficient and talented team she ensures that strategy and research goes into every decision made to meet their client’s goals and deliver results. Over her career, she’s worked across a multitude of industries for hundreds of clients such as Organic Valley, Rejuvenation, Marquis Companies, Perkins Rowe, LA Workforce Commission, LSU Athletics and KFC.

David Catoire
Chief Creative Officer
David is committed to finding the best, most unique qualities of a brand, its stewards, and to inspire the team with unforgettable, forward-thinking ideas and creativity.
With over 25 years of agency experience, David has touched many aspects of the design, branding and advertising business. Having worked at agencies of varying sizes, as well as in-house design and marketing teams, he has always strived to learn from every experience and better himself with each step forward.
Starting out as a graphic designer, David accepted many opportunities to step into new roles and additional responsibilities, taking the proverbial bull by the horns and learning what was needed to get the job done at a high level. Over the years that growth has included video editing, on-set direction, motion graphics, digital design, music composition, sound design and more; eventually bringing all that experience into creative leadership roles. He leads with empathy and patience; always striving to inspire thoughtful creativity and forward thinking autonomy.
A true creative at a professional and personal level, David is an award winning designer, creative director, and songwriter. He lives in the Baton Rouge area with his wife, Brandi, where they enjoy watching the successes of their young-adult children and making monthly visits to art galleries and openings.

Mark Vincent
Director of Business Development
Mark drives operational excellence and growth, forging strong client partnerships and elevating everyone around him.
Mark brings over 25 years of experience in business development and cultivating client relationships. Most recently, he served as Sales Manager for a large format printing company, where he successfully worked with nationally recognized brands in industries such as petrochemical, energy, consumer packaged goods, beverage, and retail. The experience gained over his career has refined his appreciation for corporate branding and the importance of consistent brand standards.
Mark’s role extended beyond sales, where he developed a streamlined hiring process to attract top talent and personally led numerous vinyl and signage installations. This hands-on approach allowed him to cultivate strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
At his core, Mark is committed to serving clients with integrity, going the extra mile to meet their needs, and building long-term relationships. Many of his former clients have become lifelong friends, a testament to his dedication to personalized, high-quality service.

Meghan Sellers
Creative Director
Meghan channels her creative vision and leadership into every project, guiding the team to elevate brands through innovative design and strategic artistry.
Armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from Louisiana State University, concentrating in graphic design, Meghan began her professional journey as a Graphic Designer at Brew Agency. During her time at the agency, her knack for creative problem-solving and conceptualizing brand vision paved the way for her role as Art Director.
Hungry for new challenges and experiences to take her art direction, Meghan sought fresh avenues in Austin, TX, where she worked directly under Executive Creative Director Ken Spera. As the mastermind behind GEICO®’s gecko, Ken boasts over 30 years of advertising experience and challenged Meghan to push the boundaries of her abilities, setting new standards as an Art Director. After two years of honing her skills, she returned to Brew Agency, now stepping into the shoes of a Creative Director herself.
Meghan brings deep knowledge and experience and is eager to leverage her leadership skills with the creative team while delivering exceptional work to our clients.

Elizabeth Roper
Account Supervisor
Elizabeth comes to the agency world with a background in museums and nonprofits, equipped with the ability to interact with clients and businesses of all disciplines and sizes.
After graduating from Birmingham-Southern College with a degree in business and art history, she sought to further her expertise in the field, attending Georgetown University’s Museum Studies program. During this time, she interned at the Smithsonian and spent a semester in London at Sotheby’s Institute, studying the Asian art market. Post graduation, Elizabeth pursued her dual love of business and creative in her next role as a content developer at Ralph Appelbaum Associates, a museum exhibition design firm headquartered in New York. She spent 5 years working on major projects including the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, the National Nordic Museum, Thomas Jefferson's Monticello, and the National Veteran's Memorial & Museum.
Returning to Baton Rouge to be closer to family, Elizabeth brought her unique skill set to the Baton Rouge Area Chamber as policy project manager where she worked closely with regional business owners, City-Parish leadership, and community stakeholders on initiatives ranging from litter abatement to COVID recovery for small businesses. Her love of all things creative drew her to a position with local marketing firm, SASSO Agency, where she learned the ins and outs of advertising, campaign creation, media placement, and account management.
Elizabeth is inherently motivated by her curiosity. Her parents instilled in her an instinct to dig deeper, look more closely, and never stop questioning. This characteristic continues to play itself out across her career in museums, public policy, and now branding – all highly complex areas ripe for discovering something fascinating.

Erica Glory
Account Manager
With a deep understanding of both agency and client perspectives, Erica crafts innovative, results-driven strategies that help brands stand out and resonate with their audiences.
Erica Sweeney Glory is a strategic communications expert with deep agency experience in brand strategy, client management, and impactful storytelling. With a passion for diving into new industries and understanding their audiences, Erica has developed finely tuned strategies across travel, tourism, energy, healthcare, education, and hospitality, guiding clients toward measurable success.
Her background with agencies like Innovative Advertising and Feigley Communications sharpened her skills in shaping brand identities and executing multi-channel campaigns, always with a focus on data-driven insights that drive client goals. Erica is particularly adept at uncovering key data points and KPIs to optimize strategies and ensure they resonate with target audiences.
While her primary focus is brand strategy and achieving marketing objectives, Erica’s expertise in public and media relations adds significant value. Known for her strong media connections, she has secured prominent placements and served as a trusted spokesperson, always aligning messaging with each brand’s unique voice.
With a blend of storytelling and analytical insight, Erica creates strategies that are compelling and effective, making her an invaluable partner to clients seeking to elevate their brand impact.

Gabbie Taylor David
Project Manager
With a passion for effective marketing strategies, Gabbie thrives in creative problem solving and excels in group collaboration to drive successful, impactful results.
With a strong foundation in marketing strategy, Gabbie combines creative problem-solving, strategic planning, and meticulous attention to detail to drive impactful results. Born and raised in Baton Rouge, she graduated from Louisiana State University with a major in Marketing, concentrating in Digital Marketing, and a minor in Music. Her passion for marketing sparked during college internships in both B2B and B2C sectors, where she gained valuable experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality results.
Now a Project Manager with a CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification, Gabbie brings essential project management skills such as effective communication, time management, and adaptability, along with her experience in reporting, quality assurance, and campaign management, ensuring Brew’s clients receive exceptional service.
Outside of work, Gabbie enjoys traveling, attending music events, and exploring new restaurants with family and friends.

Leigh Auzenne
Account Coordinator
Leigh brings her passion for client service and creative problem-solving to every project, building lasting client relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration across the team.
Leigh is a native Texan, coming from the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She followed in her family’s footsteps and attended Louisiana State University as an honors student where she studied Mass Communication with a concentration in Digital Advertising and a minor in French.
During her time in school, she worked with all kinds of clients such as PepsiCo/Frito Lay, LSU, and the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. It was with these clients that she discovered her passion for account service and being in a client-facing role. After graduating, she then worked in France teaching English, honing her people skills and eating lots of fresh-baked bread. As Account Coordinator, she helps grow relationships with clients and removes obstacles for the team.
In her free time, Leigh likes to crochet, cook, listen to music and garden.

Victoria Hoang
Graphic Designer
Victoria fuels her passion for creativity and innovation by dedicating her time to create visually captivating and meaningful work that resonates with audiences and drives engagement.
Victoria’s love for art comes from her skills and interest in illustration. She took her dreams with her to Baton Rouge and turned them into reality by graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts at Louisiana State University, concentrating in graphic design.
Victoria’s journey started at non-profits like Stephenson Disaster Management Institute (SDMI) and New Schools for Baton Rouge (NSBR), where she got to work on campaigns, event planning, social media strategy, and brand management. Now, as a graphic designer at Brew, she uses her creative passion to produce stunning visuals, consistent branding, and compelling campaigns for the success of Brew’s clients.
During her free time, you can find Victoria on the courts playing tennis or pickleball!

Lyndell Morrissey
Media Director & Buyer
Lyndell thrives in a fast-paced environment. She has bought media in 27+ markets, developed strategic media partnerships across the country and will not stop until the job is done right.
Lyndell is a media and marketing professional with extensive years of experience including media buying, media agency management, marketing partnership negotiations and management, strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, relationship building and project management. Her extensive experience with Coca-Cola marketing partnerships include Six Flags, NCAA Final Four, Simon Malls, and iHeartMedia Sprite Lounge. Lyndell is loyal, collaborative and since joining Brew Agency in 2018 accelerated its media buying capabilities.
Most of Lyndell’s extensive media career was within different locations of Coca Cola North America where she managed media budgets upwards of $65MM. Lyndell developed various integrated media plans, directing a team of planners at Coca-Cola’s national agency of record, to produce strategies and architectures that are grounded in the core creative ideas, utilizing owned, earned, shared and paid contact points to produce winning connections plans.

Mike Jackson
Front-end Website Developer
Mike is the technical brains behind our journey-driven, technically-sound websites which are built to increase clients’ online brand presence and digital reach.
Mike is a front-end web developer, who began coding when he was young, making websites for his favorite Pokemon. He held a few different technology jobs early in his career before finding his passion in website development. Earning a degree in Entertainment Technology (Associate of Applied Sciences) is where his development journey began. After finding work in the advertising industry as a developer, Mike developed a love for helping local businesses reach their business goals by increasing their web presence with beautiful, responsive websites.
At Brew, Mike continues his work by leveraging the web and technology to increase our clients’ digital reach and footprint. He also assists the digital team with Google Analytics, email marketing, digital media pixel implementation and other tracking tools required for our digital campaigns.

Megan Howard Kelly
PUBLIC RELATIONS DIRECTOR
Megan Howard Kelly, a Baton Rouge native, is a proud wife and Mom of two sweet little girls. She began her career in the news broadcast field as a TV producer/reporter for the CBS affiliate WAFB-TV in Baton Rouge. She dedicated several years learning the market and developing lasting relationships. It was here that her passion for Public relations really began. Megan has worked with and represented companies, small businesses, churches and non-profits in the public relations and crisis management field.
