We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role at Brew Agency will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the agency. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the advertising industry and a proven track record of success in business development.


  • Identify and research potential clients and markets to pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, agencies, and industry partners
  • Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to develop customized solutions for clients and maintain consistency across agency communications
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to pitch agency services to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform business development strategies and service offerings
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in business development, with at least 3 years of experience in the advertising industry
  • Strong understanding of branding and advertising principles, trends, and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
  • Strategic thinker who can develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
