PSC solves environmental and industrial services challenges with customized programs for the oil and gas industry. Disappointment between PSC and one of their clients, Shell, led them to consider an internal overhaul. Partnering with the leadership and business development team, Excelerant, BREW was asked to create an internal branding campaign that would inspire employees and help convince Shell to give them another shot.
The project started with an overhaul of PSC’s guiding principles. BREW co-branded the campaign theme “PSC Proud” and custom icons were created to represent each guiding principle. Graphics were developed to be strong, bold, memorable, inspiring, cool, rough and tough. An incentive program was developed around the campaign and hard hat stickers were made to help track employee progress.
