Brew Agency, the branding agency that has been leading with its flexible work culture for 15 years, is doubling down on its commitment to Louisiana with the addition of four key team members.
Joining the team are: Mark Vincent, Director of Business Development; David Catoire, Chief Creative Officer; Meghan Sellers, Creative Director; and Leigh Auzenne, Account Coordinator.
Marie Powell, founder and CEO of Brew Agency, has long championed remote work but believes in the power of local talent. This new growth strategy reflects the agency’s focus on building a robust, creative home base in Louisiana while continuing to embrace an innovative, hybrid work culture.
“This expansion is a pivotal moment for Brew Agency as we set our sights on accelerating growth and building a stronger presence in the business community. Our vision is to attract and retain Louisiana’s top talent, all while offering the flexibility of remote work to nurture a truly innovative and dynamic culture,” said Powell “We’re not just growing our team—we’re setting the stage for Brew to evolve into one of the region’s premier branding and advertising agencies.”
Mark Vincent brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and business development across the Greater Baton Rouge area. As the inaugural Director of Business Development at Brew, Mark’s deep knowledge of the local business landscape will be pivotal in driving new client relationships and expanding the agency’s footprint in Louisiana.
With David Catoire as Chief Creative Officer and Meghan Sellers as Creative Director, Brew has strengthened its creative leadership. Catoire brings 25 years of experience from agencies like MESH, where he worked with top brands to execute creative direction and integrated campaigns. Sellers, a Baton Rouge native and LSU graduate, returns to Brew after honing her craft in Austin, TX, where she worked alongside notable creative professionals on high-profile campaigns. Together, they will lead Brew’s creative vision, developing innovative strategies and campaigns for clients across industries.
A key focus for Brew Agency has been attracting young talent. Leigh Auzenne, a 2023 LSU graduate, joins as Account Coordinator after gaining valuable experience in France and at Dallas-based PROPAC Agency. As a dedicated account coordinator, Leigh is focused on ensuring client needs are met with precision, while keeping internal teams organized and efficient.
In just the past few months, Brew has been awarded major projects, including brand strategy and development for The Boot, a start-up non-profit led by former military personnel dedicated to helping military veterans thrive in Louisiana after their service concludes. Brew has also recently been awarded the contract for brand strategy work with LSU Online & Continuing Education, strengthening the agency’s presence in the higher education sector. With these new hires, the agency is poised to accelerate its growth and expand its service offerings as it prepares to double in size by 2026.
Brew Agency’s commitment to Louisiana goes beyond just building a local team—it’s about nurturing an environment where creativity and business acumen can thrive. Through this expansion, Brew plans to position itself as a leader in the region’s business community, attracting fresh opportunities and top-tier talent to continue delivering exceptional creative solutions.
