Brew Agency is looking for a full charge bookkeeper and office manager with 3-5 years of Quickbooks experience. Exceptional time management and organizational skills are essential for this position. We’re looking for someone who is a quick learner and can bring organizational skills to our team.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform both basic and advanced bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, reconciling multiple accounts, cash flow reports, general ledger, vendor invoice tracking, POs, accounts receivable, as well as monthly financial reports and statements required by executive team
- Perform administrative and general office activities as required by the agency
- Prepare reports, administrative documents, financial statements and other documents
- Manage schedules as needed for management by making travel accommodations, internal meetings and appointments and/or other arrangements
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for catering and luncheons for meetings
- Document meeting minutes for team meetings as required
- Complete, verify, and process forms and documentation for onboarding and administration of benefits such as payroll, unemployment and medical insurance (payroll processing is outsourced)
- Take an active role in determining, analyzing and implementing administrative policies and procedures that are shared across the company
- Monitor the office to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database systems
- Answer phone calls, general mailbox emails, greet visitors and direct all contacts with the company to the appropriate parties or take messages
- May be asked to provide similar support for The Brewery (Brew Agency’s home office and co-working space)
*This is a part-time position to start, and could become full-time position if right for all parties. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
